我们主要从事骨髓造血衰竭症(BMF)的基础与临床研究,新药临床试验,新的诊断技术研究及新的治疗手段探索。过去20余年,我们于国内率先应用强化免疫抑制疗法及中西医结合疗法治疗重型再生障碍性贫血(SAA),其疗效居国际领先水平。于国际上首次前瞻性比较了四种免疫抑制疗法治疗SAA的疗效。独创CsA/LMS、雄激素联合中医治疗SAA,颠覆了AA环孢素治疗的传统模式。我们探索性研究了BMF的病理生理机制,对调节性T细胞在BMF病理机制中的作用和功能、T淋巴细胞异常及MDS相关基因与AA相关性等进行了系统深入研究。我们目前的研究是过去对BMF基础与临床研究的延伸。目前我们正在研究CD8+CD28-调节性T细胞在AA病理生理机制中的作用。
